The Uncontested Divorce

When you know it's time and your spouse does too, the uncontested divorce may be the right answer for you.  

An uncontested divorce can be done without you, your spouse, and your children ever going to court or even coming to an attorney's office.  If you and your spouse have the electronic means, your entire divorce can be done over the computer.

An agreement or the ability to come to an agreement.  Most people do not know where to start when it comes to a divorce with children or with numerous high value assets.  Scheduling a consultation to speak with an attorney can enlighten you on just how easy the process can be.  

$850.  This includes all fees and costs.  However, this fee requires that you both have an agreement before you pay the fee or that an agreement is reached with ease after payment.  If you pay the fee, then you or your spouse backs out before you get your divorce, the fee will not be refunded to you.
