Ms. Martin has dedicated her legal career to family and juvenile law, which has transformed into her specialty. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar and the Montgomery County Bar Association. Before entering private practice, she acted as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge T.R. Bailey and was able to gain a vast understanding for all areas of law. Ms. Martin has the experience and the compassion to expertly handle any case, and as someone with personal experience with family law matters, she strives to give care and attention to each individual client and their situation.
Ms. Martin holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Faulkner University, a Certificate in Mediation and serves the courts as a Guardian ad Litem.

Mr. Heifner is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor's degree in political science and a juris doctorate from Faulkner Law. After graduating law school, he settled into private practice in Montgomery.
Mr. Heifner has numerous practice areas, as he serves as everything from general counsel for charitable organizations to administrative hearing officer for government entities. His trust planning work is something he is particularly proud of; as he enjoys helping people with long term planning for their spouse, children, grandchildren, business, and even their pets.
Mr. Heifner is member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Alabama State Bar, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in federal court. In addition to his work with numerous local organizations, he "relaxes" by officiating high school and college football. Mr. Heifner has become well known for his skills in property law and contesting wills.
